Indian Accent, renowned for its inventive modern Indian cuisine, now open in Mumbai at Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre. This expansion marks a significant culinary milestone for the city.

Rohit Khattar, Chairman EHV, expresses excitement about bringing Indian Accent to Mumbai. With a loyal clientele in Delhi and New York, Indian Accent's innovative approach to Indian flavors aims to captivate Mumbai's discerning guests.

Head Chef Rijul Gulati, guided by Culinary Director Chef Manish Mehrotra, oversees the Mumbai kitchen. Their collaborative effort introduces signature dishes along with seafood and vegetarian options, aligning with Mumbai's dining preferences.

The Mumbai menu offers Indian Accent classics like 'meetha aachar pork ribs, green apple' and introduces new creations such as 'gunpowder prawns, red rice, smoked chili & raw mango curry'. The restaurant caters to various preferences with vegan, gluten-free, and Jain menus.

The 75-seat restaurant's design pays homage to Mumbai's Art Deco movement, with two private dining rooms showcasing the city's rich heritage. Russell Sage Studio's contemporary design, in collaboration with EHV's vision, creates a timeless ambiance.

Indian Accent's Mumbai venture resonates with the city's vibrant culture. It showcases not only a delectable menu but also a tribute to Mumbai's unique artistic history. The partnership between EHV International and Russell Sage Studio ensures an experience that aligns with the city's distinct identity.

With Varun Sharma leading the bar program, guests can indulge in new signature cocktails and an extensive wine list curated by Kevin Rodrigues. The culinary and beverage offerings are tailored to Mumbai's relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere.

The launch of Indian Accent Mumbai brings a fusion of flavors, design, and experiences, reflecting the city's diverse spirit. As EHV International continues to expand its restaurant concepts, Indian Accent's arrival adds a touch of innovation to Mumbai's culinary landscape.
