Indri Single Malt, an Indian whisky crafted by Piccadily Distilleries, has been honored as the ‘Whisky of the Year’ at the USA Spirit Rating Awards 2024. This prestigious recognition highlights Indri’s excellence and elevates India’s position in the global whisky industry. The whisky also earned a spot in the ‘Top 15 Whiskies of the Year’ at the 2024 International Whisky Competition (IWC), further establishing it as a world-class spirit.

Indri Single Malt secured five awards at the USA Spirit Rating Awards, including ‘Single Malt Whisky of the Year,’ ‘Best Spirit of The Year by Country,’ and two Gold Medals. The brand’s standout performance at the competition not only showcases its quality but also emphasizes India’s capability to produce whisky that rivals the best in the world.

At the IWC 2024, Indri Founder’s Reserve 11 YO Wine Cask was the only Indian whisky to rank among the top 15, scoring 95.09 points. It also won ‘Best Indian Whisky’ and ‘Best Single Malt Indian Whisky’ at the competition. These achievements add to Indri’s growing list of accolades, including Gold Medals at Meininger’s International Spirit Award in Germany and the Tokyo Whisky and Spirits Competition.

The USA Spirit Rating Awards evaluates spirits based on quality, value, and packaging. Indri’s success in all three areas underscores its superiority in whisky production.
