ITC Hotels is bringing the flavours of Navratri to the table with Navam Utsav, a special festive food offering that celebrates India's culinary traditions through sattvik dishes, familiar festive recipes and the expertise of its culinary teams.
Rooted in India's cultural heritage, Navratri is a time when families come together to follow traditions, observe rituals and enjoy food prepared especially for the occasion. With Navam Utsav, ITC Hotels aims to bring these traditions to the dining table through a carefully prepared menu that combines familiar flavours with its chefs' culinary skills.
The menu features a selection of sattvik preparations made without onion and garlic and using Sendha Namak, in keeping with traditional Navratri food practices. Guests can enjoy festive favourites such as Sabudana Khichdi, Sabudana Vada, Kuttu Paneer Pakoda, Rajgira Poori, Kuttu Paratha, Paneer Curry and Khatta Meetha Kaddu.
The offering also includes a Navratri Special Thali, bringing together a variety of festive dishes in one meal. Traditional sweets such as Sabudana Kheer and Khopra Pak complete the experience, giving guests an opportunity to enjoy familiar festive flavours during the celebrations.
Beyond the menu, Navam Utsav reflects ITC Hotels' focus on creating dining experiences inspired by India's cultural and culinary heritage. The offering brings together traditional recipes, sattvik ingredients and the skills of its culinary teams, allowing guests to celebrate Navratri through food that holds a special place in Indian festive traditions.
The initiative also highlights the group's approach to creating experiences inspired by India's regional flavours and customs. Through Navam Utsav, guests are invited to enjoy the festive season, share meals with loved ones and celebrate the traditions that make Navratri meaningful.
Navam Utsav will be available from October 10 to 19, 2026, across all ITC Luxury Collection Hotels and through the Club ITC App, Swiggy and Zomato.
