ITC Maratha is celebrating the season in style with a delightful line-up of gourmet experiences designed to cater to every mood and taste. From refreshing drinks to rich regional dishes and creative desserts, the hotel’s culinary team has curated something special for the month to offer diners flavourful escapes right in the heart of Mumbai.
1. A South Indian Culinary Voyage with Avartana Gourmet Passport
Avartana invites guests to explore the depth of South Indian cuisine through a modern lens with its innovative Gourmet Passport experience. Diners can enjoy a series of specially curated tasting menus, collecting stamps with each visit. Completing the passport within two months rewards diners with a complimentary meal for two, choosing from either the Maya or Bela Menu. It’s a unique way to revisit flavour and tradition with a touch of elegance.
2. Kebab & Beverage Pairing at Dum Pukht
Dum Pukht introduces a regal weekday lunch, available Monday to Friday between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Guests can enjoy four different kebabs paired with a wine or beverage of choice. This experience brings back the glory of royal kitchens in a refined and convenient afternoon format, offering both indulgence and sophistication.
3. Mango Magic at Peshwa Pavilion
Celebrate the king of fruits with an inspired mango menu that captures the fruit’s versatility in every bite. From Mango Arugula Salad and Raw Mango Coconut Curry to Grilled Chicken with Mango Jalapeño Sauce, the savoury options are balanced beautifully with luscious desserts like Aam Ras, Mango Phirnee, and Fresh Mango Cream Cake. Diners can also cool off with Kairi Panna, Mango Pistachio Lassi, or a mango trifle in a jar — each a burst of summer in a glass or plate.
4. Handcrafted Iced Teas at Catherine’s
Catherine’s invites guests for a cooling high tea experience that runs from 11:00 AM until midnight. With a range of handcrafted iced teas, this offering is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and recharge during the summer heat, whether mid-morning or late at night.
All experiences are available at ITC Maratha, Sahar, Andheri East, Mumbai. For reservations and more details, guests can write to: Restaurantreservation.Itcmaratha@itchotels.in.
