On 21st June 2025, ITC Maurya celebrated International Yoga Day with a soulful and rejuvenating Aqua Yoga session, held at the property’s tranquil poolside venue in the heart of Delhi’s Diplomatic Enclave. With its serene setting and views of the green ridge, the morning was a harmonious celebration of wellness, movement, and mindfulness.
Aligned with the global theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” the event encouraged participants to reconnect with themselves and the world around them. The immersive session brought together wellness enthusiasts, social media influencers, and in-house guests, who were guided through a calming Aqua Yoga flow aimed at awakening the senses and harmonising breath with movement.
Held in synergy with Kaya Kalp – The Spa, the session offered a soothing balance of tradition and expertise, set against nature’s gentle backdrop. Surrounded by water, light, and fresh air, participants experienced a renewed sense of calm and inner clarity.
The morning concluded with a thoughtfully crafted wellness breakfast, curated by ITC Maurya’s master chefs. The menu celebrated seasonal, local, and nutrient-rich ingredients—featuring cold-pressed juices, antioxidant-packed smoothies, handcrafted granola, and millet-based traditional delicacies infused with healing spices.
Reflecting the hotel’s philosophy of Responsible Luxury, the celebration embodied a conscious approach to well-being—nurturing the self while staying rooted in sustainability. From sleep-friendly environments and personalised fitness offerings to holistic therapies at Kaya Kalp, ITC Maurya continues to facilitate wellness experiences that blend ancient Indian wisdom with modern comforts.
Guests left feeling refreshed, connected, and aligned with the values of wellness, balance, and earth-conscious living—making it a memorable Yoga Day in the Capital.
