Ojha's extensive experience in different Indian markets, including Udaipur and Kerala, has provided him with a deep understanding of the hospitality landscape and guest expectations in India. His diverse background is set to add significant value to ITC WelcomHotel Ahmedabad, located in the heart of the business district in this vibrant market.

Prior to joining the ITC Hotels Group, Ojha served as the Guest Relations Manager at Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse-IHG. His career in the hospitality sector began with roles such as Duty Manager at Radisson Blu, Ludhiana, and Senior Duty Manager at Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport – An IHG Hotel. Ojha's most recent position was as the Front Office Manager at ITC Fortune Park Panchwati in Kolkata, where he implemented hotel policies, handled revenue forecasts and occupancy, monitored VIP guests, and ensured guest satisfaction at all levels.
