Jaiveer Singh Rathore has taken on the position of Director of Human Resources at JW Marriott Kolkata. In this role, Jaiveer will be responsible for spearheading strategic HR initiatives and fostering employee engagement to support the organization's goals.

With over 16 years of experience in corporate HR, Jaiveer brings a wealth of expertise in developing, recommending, and implementing Human Resource strategies. He has a proven track record in goal setting, leadership development, manpower planning, and staffing.

During his previous assignments, Jaiveer had a long association with the Accor group of hotels, where he worked for more than nine years across various properties such as Ibis Jaipur, Novotel Kolkata, Novotel Guwahati, ibis New Delhi Aerocity, and most recently Fairmont Jaipur. In his most recent role, he served as the Corporate General Manager - Human Resources for multiple Peerless groups of Hotels.

Jaiveer holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Dual Master's in Commerce, specializing in Business Administration and Economical & Financial Management, from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. He has also pursued Post-Graduation in Labor Law. Outside of work, Jaiveer is a travel enthusiast and enjoys playing cricket and badminton.
