Janu, the sister brand of Aman Resorts, has made its grand debut in Tokyo with the unveiling of Janu Tokyo, the first in a series of 12 upcoming properties. This marks a significant milestone for the brand, introducing a fresh approach to luxury hospitality that emphasizes uplifting experiences and authentic human connections.

Located in the heart of Azabudai Hills, Janu Tokyo boasts 122 guest rooms and suites, eight dining venues, and a sprawling 43,055-square-foot spa and wellness center. The hotel's architecture, designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners, and interiors, envisioned by Jean Michel Gathy of Denniston, blend seamlessly to create a serene oasis amidst the bustling energy of the city.

Guests can immerse themselves in the Japanese minimalism and symmetry of the guest rooms, ranging from 592 to 5,586 square feet, with most offering private balconies for stunning city views. The Janu Suite, the hotel's largest accommodation, spans 3,056 square feet and features modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas.

Janu Tokyo's wellness center spans four floors and is designed to promote social wellness, offering a diverse range of activities and treatments. From group exercise classes to private spa houses, guests can embark on a holistic journey of rejuvenation and relaxation.

The hotel's dining venues showcase a fusion of European and Asian culinary styles, each with its own vibrant design narrative. Whether indulging in Italian delicacies at Janu Mercato or savoring Cantonese specialties at Hu Jing, guests are treated to a culinary experience that delights the senses.

With plans for expansion into various global destinations, including the Turks & Caicos, Montenegro, and Portugal, Janu is poised to redefine luxury hospitality for the modern traveler. As Vlad Doronin, chairman and CEO of Aman Group, aptly puts it, "The opening of Janu Tokyo solidifies Aman Group's status as the unrivaled emblem of ultra-luxury hospitality, ushering in a new era of uplifting experiences and authentic human connections."
