Jaypee Hotels has announced the appointment of Chef Harsha Pal Singh as Executive Chef at The Boomerung Complex, Noida, further strengthening the property's culinary leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

In his new role, Chef Harsha will oversee all culinary operations at The Boomerung Complex, focusing on menu innovation, operational excellence, quality standards, and mentoring culinary teams while enhancing the overall guest dining experience.

With more than 22 years of international culinary experience, Chef Harsha has built an accomplished career across luxury hotels, premium resorts, specialty restaurants, destination weddings, celebrity dining, international banquets, and large-scale hospitality events in India and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Jaypee Hotels, he served as Executive Chef at Barracuda Beach Resort in the UAE, where he managed multiple specialty restaurants, all-day dining, banquet operations, and in-room dining while leading a brigade of over 26 chefs. During his tenure, he introduced international food festivals, strengthened quality systems, and enhanced guest satisfaction through innovative menu development and operational excellence.

Earlier in his career, Chef Harsha held key culinary leadership positions at The Juffair Grand & Elite Crystal Hotel and Best Western Plus The Olive Hotel in Bahrain, where he played an instrumental role in launching multiple restaurants, banquet operations, and the acclaimed Mantraa Indian Restaurant. His professional journey also includes tenures with Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla, Radisson Noida Sector 18, Park Plaza Noida, and Taal – Dawat International Restaurant Group in Kuwait.

During his tenure at Radisson Noida Sector 18, Chef Harsha worked alongside renowned chef Jiggs Kalra during the celebrated Punjabi Food Festival in 2004, further refining his expertise in authentic North Indian cuisine. Throughout his career, he has also collaborated with acclaimed chefs including Ranveer Brar and Kunal Kapur, blending traditional Indian culinary heritage with contemporary global techniques.

Widely recognised as a mentor within the hospitality industry, Chef Harsha has trained numerous culinary professionals who have progressed into senior leadership roles across India and the Middle East. His achievements include winning a Bronze Medal at the Horeca Culinary Competition while representing Taal Restaurant in Kuwait, receiving accolades for regional and international food festivals, and earning the internationally recognised ACCP Level 3 Certification (UK).
