JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has announced the appointment of Numrata Rai Kumar as its new Front Office Manager. Known for her strong leadership and deep focus on guest satisfaction, Kumar brings extensive experience from some of the world’s most respected hospitality brands.

Before joining JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Kumar served as Front Office Manager at Park Hyatt Hyderabad, where she significantly elevated guest satisfaction scores and operational standards. Her career journey also includes roles such as Assistant Front Office Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri, along with managerial positions at Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, and Westin Hotels & Resorts.

Kumar’s dedication to service excellence has been recognised with accolades including the "Best Employee of the Year" award, reflecting her commitment to going above and beyond for guests.

In her new role, Kumar will oversee all aspects of front office operations, from smooth arrivals and departures to personalised guest experiences. She will also focus on maintaining JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar’s reputation for luxury and excellence, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the brand’s high standards.

With her sharp attention to detail and proven operational expertise, the hotel anticipates setting new benchmarks in guest service under her leadership
