On Friday, April 12th, 2025, the bar will welcome Kaito del Valle, one of Mexico City’s most acclaimed mixology hotspots, for a one-night-only event that promises a vibrant fusion of Mexican spirits and Japanese mixology.

Ranked #28 on North America’s 50 Best Bars 2024, Kaito del Valle is widely recognized for its unique blend of Japanese finesse and bold Mexican flavours. Spearheading this takeover is the dynamic Claudia Cabrera, co-founder and award-winning mixologist, recently named Roku Industry Icon and Mixologist of the Year (CANIRAC 2024). Her work champions both innovation and inclusivity, earning global praise for redefining Mexico’s cocktail culture.

Guests will be treated to a bespoke menu of four standout cocktails—HAPPOSAI, SHITAKE SAN, MARGARITA NEKO, and GEISHA—each crafted with meticulous precision and cultural depth. This unique experience is brought to life in collaboration with Fratelli Branca México, The Experience India, and Diageo India, uniting diverse influences in a celebration of craftsmanship and creativity.

But this event is more than just drinks. Kaito del Valle, Latin America’s first all-women-operated bar, brings with it an ethos rooted in the playful world of Japanese izakayas, with a punk aesthetic and kawaii charm. Inspired by Japan’s traditional pearl divers (‘kaito’) and represented by its lucky maneki-neko cat mascot, the bar is a symbol of cross-cultural storytelling and fearless innovation.
