In his new role, Kapil will oversee front office operations, ensuring smooth processes and a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out. Additionally, he will collaborate across departments—housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B—to streamline services and address guest needs efficiently.

In this capacity, he designed and facilitated impactful leadership and trainer capability workshops across the Asia Pacific region.
