Bangkok’s Saturday brunch scene just got a whole lot more indulgent—and sky-high. The Kites Eatery at INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit is now hosting an extravagant monthly brunch on the first Saturday of each month, running from 12 PM to 3 PM on the hotel’s 31st floor. And this isn't your average buffet. It's a vibrant, multi-sensory culinary experience featuring global flavours, a live band, and a jaw-dropping variety of gourmet delights.

Curated by Executive Chef Katisak 'Note' Pinkaew and his talented team, the brunch spans themed food stations ranging from Mediterranean mains to Japanese sashimi, Spanish cold cuts, and Thai sweets—plus a chocolate fountain to seal the deal.

Among the highlights:

  • Seafood on Ice: Normandy and Fine de Claire oysters, New Zealand mussels, Canadian lobster with Spanish sauce (one per guest), cooked prawns, and more.

  • Build-Your-Own Egg Station: Not your regular omelettes. Think eggs benedict with smoked salmon and roe, caviar-topped scrambled eggs, and fluffy pancakes with egg and smoked bacon.

  • Cold Cuts & Cheese: Everything from jamón serrano to fuet and bresaola, paired with cheeses like Manchego, Gorgonzola, Camembert, Idiazabal, and Swiss.

  • Japanese Corner: Tuna, salmon, ebi, tamagoyaki, tako, hamachi, tobiko, and salmon roe sashimi—crafted fresh, on the spot.

  • Fried Station & Soup Bar: Shrimp croquettes, layered potato with salsa brava and aioli, plus classic and creative soups.

  • Salad & Mediterranean Mains: Caprese, grilled halloumi, grilled octopus with pickled paprika, braised pork cheeks, Australian short ribs with truffle mash, and dill-grilled fish.

  • BBQ & Carving Station: Roasted lamb, whole baked fish, and skewers with beef, lamb, seafood, and chicken.

  • Pizza & Pasta: Truffle mushroom or four-cheese pizzas and a fresh pasta station with crab pesto.

And the desserts? They’re nothing short of a festival:

  • A full chocolate fountain with all the trimmings—churros, strawberries, brownies, marshmallows, and crackers.

  • Assorted cakes, Thai traditional sweets, granola, yogurt, and seasonal fruits.

  • House-made INNSiDE x MEK ice cream in unique flavours like Chumphon chocolate, sun-dried banana, and coconut milk.
