With 17 years of extensive experience in front office operations at leading hospitality brands, Bhushan brings with him a strong background in guest relations, operational efficiency, and team development.

His career highlights include leadership positions at Westin Hotels and Resorts, World of Hyatt, and Conrad Hotels, where he consistently delivered high guest satisfaction scores, led loyalty program achievements, and drove continuous revenue growth. He is also credited with achieving the region’s top guest voice cleanliness scores and helping his previous property reach a 96% positive review rating on TripAdvisor.

An alumnus of Rizvi College in Hospitality Management and Catering Operations, Bhushan is widely respected for his communication skills, attention to detail, and empathetic leadership. His ability to resolve guest concerns with innovation and care has made a measurable impact throughout his career.
