Kochi Marriott Hotel has announced key additions to its commercial leadership team with the appointments of Justin Thomas as Multi Property Director of Sales and Vishnu V as Director of Sales, strengthening its sales strategy across multiple hospitality assets in Kochi.

In his expanded role, Justin Thomas will oversee sales strategies for Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport and Port Muziris Kochi, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, in addition to Kochi Marriott Hotel. With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has worked across Kochi Marriott Hotel, Le Meridien Kochi, and Marriott’s national sales division. His focus will be on driving sustainable revenue growth and strengthening multi-property performance.

Vishnu V joins as Director of Sales at Kochi Marriott Hotel, bringing over 15 years of experience in hospitality sales. Known for his strategic approach and strong relationship-building capabilities, he has managed both city and resort properties while developing deep networks across corporate, travel trade, and MICE segments. His expertise in the Kerala market is expected to further strengthen the hotel’s commercial positioning.

Together, Justin Thomas and Vishnu V are expected to enhance the hotel’s sales framework through a combination of strategic planning, market insight, and customer-centric execution. Their leadership is set to support stronger brand performance across Marriott’s Kochi portfolio in an increasingly competitive hospitality landscape.
