In a strategic move to enhance dining experiences across southern India, Kritunga Restaurants has joined forces with 91Squarefeet, a Y-Combinator-backed leader in commercial fit-out services. This partnership marks a significant step in Kritunga's expansion, with plans to open over 15 new outlets in cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
Kritunga, celebrated for its authentic South Indian cuisine, and 91Squarefeet, known for its rapid and innovative fit-out solutions, are set to transform the restaurant landscape in the region. The collaboration has already resulted in the design of 5-6 outlets, showcasing a remarkable turnaround time of just 45 days per project.
The redesign effort focuses on creating efficient layouts that maximise seating without compromising customer comfort, incorporating visually appealing interiors that mirror Kritunga's cultural themes and brand identity. Improvements in flow management aim to enhance service efficiency, benefiting both patrons and staff. Kitchens are designed for optimal workflow and safety, with sustainability being a key priority; eco-friendly design elements are integrated throughout the spaces.
These adaptable, thoughtfully designed spaces offer the flexibility to meet various dining needs while ensuring a consistent and memorable brand experience. Ananth Mandra, Managing Partner at Kritunga Restaurants, emphasised the goal of enriching the customer's dining journey through superior design and ambiance. "Our collaboration with 91Squarefeet is crucial in setting new standards in restaurant design and ambiance, making each visit to our outlets a unique experience," Mandra noted.
Amit Bansal, founder and CEO of 91Squarefeet, highlighted the importance of speed and innovation in their project execution. "Our partnership with Kritunga leverages our strengths in fast-paced project completion and technological innovation. We're excited to contribute to Kritunga's vision of offering exceptional dining experiences, enhancing both the aesthetic and operational aspects of their outlets," Bansal stated.
This collaboration between Kritunga Restaurants and 91Squarefeet is poised to redefine the dining experience for customers across southern India, setting new benchmarks in restaurant design and operational efficiency.
