Hilton Goa Resort Candolim is thrilled to announce the appointment of Kshitij Jawa as its new General Manager. With a remarkable career spanning two decades in the hospitality sector, Jawa brings a wealth of expertise in pre-opening projects, hotel operations, marketing, food and beverage management, and financial oversight.
In his new role, Kshitij will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring top-notch administration and guest satisfaction. His leadership is pivotal as the resort aims to achieve ambitious growth targets in the coming years, focusing on elevating its market position and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Before joining Hilton Goa Resort, Kshitij served as General Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, Mohali, where he successfully launched India’s first Radisson RED brand and guided teams to achieve exceptional operational success. His extensive experience also includes significant roles at prestigious hotel chains such as Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, and The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
Kshitij holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and has completed a guest service management program at the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development in New Delhi. His impressive background positions him to drive Hilton Goa Resort toward continued excellence in service and operations.

Novotel Guwahati GS Road has welcomed Sivaprasad Parimi as its new assistant revenue manager. With more than eight years of experience in revenue management and reservations, Parimi brings a strong strategic focus and a proven ability in pricing, market analysis, and boosting revenue performance.
Before joining the Guwahati team, Parimi served as the reservations manager at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & Hyderabad International Convention Centre. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in improving retail bookings, optimizing segment strategies, and expanding the property's revenue share.
Parimi’s journey with Accor began in 2017 and has seen him contribute across multiple brands and locations in both India and the GCC region. His success has been driven by collaborative leadership, strong analytical capabilities, and data-driven decision-making. He is also a certified professional in revenue management and pricing from Accor Academy, Jordan.
