Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has officially opened the doors to Dolce by Wyndham Siracusa Monasteri Golf & Spa, offering guests a true taste of la dolce vita in the heart of Sicily. Set amidst fragrant citrus orchards near the baroque beauty of Siracusa, this 102-room resort brings together centuries of history, modern elegance, and deep-rooted Sicilian charm.

Originally a Roman villa, later a monastery, and eventually a Sicilian Masseria, the property has been transformed into a serene escape featuring 83 guest rooms, 14 junior suites, and five king suites. The resort offers a wide array of indulgent amenities, including an 18-hole golf course, a luxurious spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, steam room, and a hydromassage tub.

Culinary excellence takes centre stage at LE CERAMICHE, the resort’s signature restaurant helmed by Chef Mirko Previtera, whose impressive résumé includes time at Michelin-starred institutions like The Fat Duck (UK) and Les Prés d’Eugénie (France). Guests can savour Mediterranean flavours with seasonal ingredients, dining either indoors or al fresco under the Sicilian stars.

“Dolce by Wyndham is more than a hotel brand—it’s a lifestyle rooted in beauty, culture, and connection. There’s no better place for it to thrive than Italy,” said Dimitris Manikis, President EMEA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. “As travellers seek meaningful, experience-led stays, Dolce continues to offer a strong, culturally rich proposition.”

Alberto Reggidori, CEO of All In Italia Hotels & Resorts, added, “With Dolce by Wyndham Siracusa, we’ve created a space where the spirit of Sicily lives in every detail. It’s about flavour, feeling, and freedom—true Italian living.”

Beyond leisure, the resort also caters to corporate travellers and event planners with two large meeting rooms, a grand ballroom, and capacity for up to 200 guests. With easy access to Sicily’s beaches, markets, and iconic landmarks like the Neapolis Archaeological Park, the resort serves as a perfect base for exploring the island’s magic.

This opening marks the second Dolce property in Italy and reflects Wyndham’s growing footprint in the region. Currently, the group operates seven properties across five brands in Italy and has ambitious plans to develop 20 more hotels across the country in collaboration with All In Italia over the next decade.
