With over three decades of experience, Chef Sumit is a seasoned professional who has excelled in diverse culinary environments in India and internationally. He has received numerous awards and collaborated with prestigious hospitality and F&B brands in India, UAE, and Mauritius, including Taj Hotels, Ananda in the Himalayas, Al Khoory Hotels, and more.

Chef Sumit's culinary expertise spans various cuisines like Contemporary European, Middle Eastern, Indian, Asian, Macrobiotic, Ayurvedic, and modern wellness cuisine. He is certified by Cornell University in Hospitality Management and trained at renowned establishments like The Dorchester and The Ritz in London. Under the guidance of Chef Michel Guerard, he cultivated his expertise in wellness cuisine.

As the new Corporate Chef of Leisure Hotels Group, Chef Sumit will enhance the culinary offerings at all 29 hotels. He will collaborate with culinary teams to curate unique menus and immersive food concepts, providing guests with mindful dining experiences that nurture overall well-being.
