Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. has announced the signing of a new property under its upscale brand, Aurika Hotels & Resorts, in Sasan Gir, Gujarat. This new development is a greenfield project, expected to open in the fiscal year 2029. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd.
Aurika, Sasan Gir will feature 82 rooms and suites, offering guests luxurious accommodations in a region known for its natural beauty and diverse wildlife. The hotel will include several upscale amenities such as Mirasa, an all-day dining restaurant, a ballroom named Ekaara, a boardroom called Aurum, and a swimming pool.
Sasan Gir is famous for being home to the Gir National Park, the only place in the world where Asiatic lions can be seen in their natural habitat. The area is popular among wildlife enthusiasts and nature lovers, offering a unique blend of adventure and cultural experiences.
