Lemon Tree Hotels has announced its latest signing, Lemon Tree Hotel in Zirakpur, Punjab. The hotel is expected to be operational by Q2 of FY 2027 and will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary and management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

The property will boast 80 well-appointed rooms, banquet facilities, a conference room, a restaurant, a fitness center, and other public areas.

Zirakpur has emerged as a thriving business hub, attracting various industries and commercial ventures due to its strategic location and ample land availability. The hotel is well-connected by both public and private transport from major cities across India.
