During his tenure at Taj Hotels, Harish showcased his leadership skills by overseeing daily operations and ensuring the efficiency of various processes. He also held significant positions such as Deputy General Manager at Grosvenor House Dubai in 2022 and Multi Property General Manager in 2019.

As the new General Manager at The Westin Goa, Harish will provide strategic oversight to the senior management and operations teams. His responsibilities encompass developing and implementing strategic plans, adhering to Marriott standards, improving operational and financial performance, and identifying avenues for expansion and growth.
