Sayaji Hotels has elevated Mahesh Khade as Cluster Human Resources Manager (Maharashtra), strengthening its focus on people development, employee engagement and workplace culture across the state.

With a career spanning hospitality and people management, Khade brings extensive experience in human resource development, training and development, employee engagement, leadership and talent management to his new role.

Khade has been associated with Sayaji Hotel, Pune since 2023, where he has held key HR positions including Deputy HR Manager and Human Resources Manager. His experience within the organisation has helped him develop a strong understanding of hospitality operations, employee needs and the role of effective people practices in supporting business performance.

In his current role as Cluster Human Resources Manager (Maharashtra), Khade will work across HR functions with a focus on employee engagement, talent development, training, leadership initiatives and building a positive workplace culture.

His approach combines his understanding of hospitality operations with a strong focus on creating an environment where employees can learn, grow and contribute effectively. His responsibilities will also include strengthening people practices and supporting talent and leadership development across the cluster.

Khade holds a degree in Hotel Management along with an MBA in Human Resources, giving him an academic foundation across both hospitality operations and people management.
