Maize & Malt is bringing the spirit of Oktoberfest to Bengaluru with a beer-forward celebration featuring Bavarian-inspired food, craft brews and a menu designed for long evenings of food, drinks and good company.
The seasonal menu puts a Maize & Malt spin on German favourites, combining hearty plates, beer-friendly bites and familiar flavours with playful twists.
The vegetarian selection includes Bavarian Pretzel Bites served with beer cheese dip, German Potato Croquettes with herb crème fraîche, Beer-Battered Onion Rings and Beer Cheese Jalapeño Poppers. Designed for sharing, the dishes pair classic Oktoberfest flavours with the casual atmosphere of the Bengaluru brewery.
For meat lovers, the menu features Munich Style Chicken Schnitzel with lemon, parsley and mustard, alongside Bavarian Chicken Wings glazed with beer mustard sauce.
Adding a distinctly Indian touch to the German-inspired spread, Tandoori Bratwurst Skewers combine the classic German sausage with tandoori flavours. Crispy Pork Belly Bites with Bavarian beer mustard and Mini Bratwurst Rolls featuring caramelised onions, sauerkraut and mustard complete the selection.
The dessert menu continues the German influence with Apple Strudel with Vanilla Sauce, while Gulab Jamun Bavarian Cream brings together vanilla Bavarian cream, gulab jamun, saffron-cardamom syrup, pistachio and pretzel crumble.
Craft brews remain at the heart of the celebration, complementing the food menu and reinforcing Maize & Malt's beer-led identity. Guests can pair their choice of beer with schnitzels, bratwurst, pretzels and other Oktoberfest-inspired plates.
The celebration brings together traditional Bavarian influences and Maize & Malt's Bengaluru personality, offering guests an opportunity to experience the flavours and festive spirit associated with Oktoberfest without leaving the city.
Whether it is a round of beers with friends, a table filled with schnitzels and bratwurst or an evening exploring German-inspired flavours, Oktoberfest at Maize & Malt brings a local interpretation of the Munich celebration to Bengaluru.
