His dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence saw him rise to the position of Executive Housekeeper, where he spent over four years setting new benchmarks for guest satisfaction and service quality.

Mandar’s aspiration to contribute to an international hotel brand led him to InterContinental Marine Drive, where he joined over two years ago. His commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service has been remarkable, with Medallia scores consistently exceeding 93% throughout the year. Notably, he achieved a stellar 93.68% cleanliness score in a recent Brand Standard Audit, further solidifying his reputation for meticulous attention to detail and operational excellence.

In his new role as Rooms Division Manager, Mandar is focused on taking guest experiences to the next level through personalization, operational efficiency, and innovation.
