Summer in India is synonymous with mangoes, and this season, the Mango Menu Festival is taking the celebration to the next level. Across the country, top restaurants are curating exclusive menus packed with the rich, juicy flavors of the king of fruits. From creative salads and mains to decadent desserts and refreshing drinks, there is something for every mango lover.
Amelia brings an elegant twist to the festival with dessert highlights like the Mango Tres Leches Royale, featuring almond-vanilla sponge soaked in mango-infused milks, and the Golden Custard Mango Pie, a rich combination of biscuit crust, honey custard, fresh mango, and whipped cream.
At Copper Chimney, the Aam Carnival 3.0: Khatta Meetha Edition is all set to offer a nostalgic Indian culinary journey, launching across all outlets from 21st April 2025. The menu features dishes like Khomchewalle Ke Golgappe with aam panna and spiced aamras, Mathi Chole Paneer topped with mango murabba, Tadka Ambi Chicken marinated with mango and spices, and Achari Paronthi flavored with Punjabi mango pickle. The desserts steal the show with creations like Mango Shahi Cake Toast and Amritsari Mango Cream. Complementing the food are exciting cocktails and mocktails like Vanilla Aam Panna, Mango Chilli Blaze, Pepper & Passion, and Mango Smoothie.
one8 Commune celebrates with the ‘For the Love of Mango’ limited-edition menu, offering refreshing starters like Mango Carpaccio Salad, playful tacos with mango salsa, and hearty mains such as Green Chilli and Raw Mango Risotto. Seafood enthusiasts can relish Grilled Tiger Prawns with mango salsa and Smoked Salmon Mango Ceviche. Desserts like Mango and Pistachio Delice and Mango Cheesecake add a perfect finish.
At The Nines, the mango offerings blend refinement and playfulness. Highlights include Mango Bocconcini Salad, Mango Halloumi Bruschetta, Spicy Mango Chicken, and rich desserts like Mango Cheesecake, Napoleon Pastry, and Jasmine Rice Pudding.
ZAKI presents luscious bakes featuring Mango Mascarpone Cakes, Mango Cream Buns, and Mango Cheesecake Jars, perfect for gifting or enjoying at home.
The Bluebop Cafe turns up the summer vibe with a vibrant mango menu featuring salads like Mango Fruit & Nuts Salad, Mango Burrata Salad, flavorful tacos and burrito bowls, mains like Penne in Mango Pesto Sauce, and desserts like Mango Pistachio Cheesecake Kunafa. Signature drinks like Berry Breeze and Mango Picantey mocktails and Golden Hour Smash cocktails add to the fun.

Lucofast Foods and Beverages Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s fastest-growing hydration drink brands, has announced its official expansion into Mumbai and Navi Mumbai with the launch of a newly established distributor network. Sanjay Dutt’s The Glenwalk has marked another major milestone in 2025, crossing 1.60 lakh cases and setting its target at 2.70 lakh cases by March 2026. After emerging as Maharashtra’s No. 1 selling Scotch whisky earlier this year, the brand has continued its rapid growth, supported by strong consumer demand, sharp category insight, and a flavour profile created for the Indian palate. This performance builds on the 60,000 cases the brand sold between April and September 2025, during a time when the global whisky industry saw shifts due to economic changes, regulations, and evolving consumption behaviour.
Entering the final quarter of the year, The Glenwalk strengthened its momentum and expanded from a state-level success to a growing national brand. Barista Coffee has introduced a special festive café menu created with premium hazelnuts, bringing the warmth and flavours of winter to its outlets across India. The menu has been launched in collaboration with Hazelnuts for India, an initiative focused on promoting high-quality hazelnuts in the country. As part of the campaign titled “Go HazelNUTS with Barista,” the new offerings will be available across 150 Barista cafés in major metro cities.
The exclusive festive menu was unveiled at a special launch event held at Barista’s flagship café in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. The event offered guests an immersive tasting experience, showcasing the entire range in a cosy café setting themed around coffee and hazelnuts. The limited-edition menu features the Hazelnut Crunchy Frappe, Hazelnut Dry Latte, Hazelnut Matcha Tea Cake, and Hazelnut Chocolate Tart, each made using premium hazelnuts known for their rich flavour and texture. The menu will be available from 1st December 2025 to 28th February 2026.
Speaking at the launch, Mansi Ahuja, Hazelnuts India Representative, AMPRO Marketing, said, “Go HazelNUTS with Barista campaign aims to place hazelnuts at the heart of the café experience.
