Chef Caramella's career includes significant roles in top-notch hotels and restaurants around the world. He was part of the opening team at Grand Hyatt Dream Tower in Jeju, South Korea, contributing to the success of its many restaurants and large hotel space.

At Hyatt Regency Phuket, Chef Caramella was known for his focus on maintaining high hygiene standards and reducing food wastage, showcasing his commitment to quality and responsible cooking.Chef Caramella also founded Initially Restaurant in Singapore, where he explored his love for Italian cuisine and collaborated with renowned chefs, adding a touch of creativity to the dining scene.

In his previous roles at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Hyatt Regency Hua Hin, and Bali Hyatt, Chef Caramella gained a reputation for his excellent culinary skills and leadership, enhancing the dining experiences at these establishments. On joining Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, Chef Caramella shared, "I'm excited about this new chapter. I look forward to making dining at the hotel a memorable experience for our guests.”
