Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott International's distinguished travel program, has announced an exciting partnership as the Official Loyalty Partner for the Grammy award-winning artist Ed Sheeran's +-= ÷ x Tour's final leg in India, scheduled for March 16th, 2024, at Mumbai's Mahalaxmi Racecourse. This collaboration, facilitated by BookMyShow Live, promises Marriott Bonvoy members exclusive access to one of the most anticipated musical events of the year.
Through Marriott Bonvoy Moments, the platform where members can redeem points for unique experiences, fans of Ed Sheeran will have the opportunity to secure their spot at the concert using points earned from travel and everyday activities. The offerings include exclusive guided site tours a day before the concert, access to the Marriott Bonvoy Lounge during the event, and General Admission passes, all available for redemption on the Marriott Bonvoy Moments platform starting February 7th, 2024.
Moreover, the partnership introduces a sweepstakes opportunity, allowing fans to win tickets to the concert. Alma Resort Cam Ranh has introduced an innovative twist to in-room service with “Coffee by Bicycle”, a new experience that brings Vietnam’s beloved coffee culture straight to guest pavilions.
As part of the offering, Alma’s barista cycles up to the resort’s spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom suite pavilions and prepares fresh brews on the spot. Guests can choose from four signature Vietnamese coffees: iced black coffee, iced white coffee with condensed milk, the classic sweet bạc xỉu, and a salted coffee blend that perfectly balances savory and sweet.
The service, available daily from 11 AM to 5 PM, has been designed as a way for visitors to immerse themselves in Vietnam’s coffee traditions while enjoying the privacy and comfort of their accommodations.
Herbert Laubichler-Pichler, Alma Resort’s Managing Director, explained, "Our immersive in-room coffee service opens the door to experiencing Vietnam's authentic coffee culture through a personal moment of Vietnamese tradition. The Ascott Limited (Ascott), a wholly owned business unit of CapitaLand Investment Limited, is set to expand its India portfolio with the signing of Citadines Udupi, a premium serviced residence that will feature 104 keys in the scenic coastal town of Udupi, Karnataka. This becomes Ascott’s fourth property in Karnataka, reflecting its larger strategy of scaling up in India’s fast-growing lodging market.
Located strategically between Mangalore and Udupi, the property enjoys access to both tourism and industry. With Udupi’s Blue Flag-certified beach, strong industrial presence through Suzlon Hi-Tech SEZ and Padubidri Industrial Park, and connectivity via New Mangalore Port Trust, the town is fast becoming a hub for sustainable tourism and clean-tech industries.
