Throughout his career, Dhruv has demonstrated excellence in operational management, having led housekeeping during a major global sports event in Qatar and contributed to three pre-opening projects across various hotel brands. His strengths include team development, operational efficiency, and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards that align with Marriott’s brand values.
