Marriott International is set to enrich Mumbai’s hospitality scene with the introduction of the Tribute Portfolio brand through its new property, The Ballard, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. This strategic partnership with the Balwa Group underscores Marriott’s commitment to expanding its independent hotel platform and catering to the growing demand for unique lodging experiences in key global markets.

The Ballard will be nestled in Ballard Estate, the heart of Mumbai's commercial sector and a region renowned for its Victorian architecture and historical significance. With an anticipated opening in March 2026, The Ballard is expected to feature 49 guest rooms, each designed to provide an intimate and personalized guest experience.
