Boasting an impressive 31-year career in HR, Ms. Prabhakar brings a wealth of experience, having been associated with esteemed brands such as ITC Welcome Group, The Oberoi New Delhi, Radisson Hotel Worldwide, Grand Hyatt Delhi, Sita World Travel, and Kuoni before joining The Leela Family.

Armed with an MSc in Psychology and a Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Ms. Prabhakar has actively contributed to the HR domain, sharing her expertise with prestigious brands throughout her journey.

In her capacity as Human Resources Director, Ms. Meenakshi Prabhakar will play a crucial role in reorganizing companies, overseeing HR processes, proposing innovative solutions, and strengthening The Leela Family. She has been a driving force in implementing HR policy formulations throughout her career, with notable achievements, including working with IHG Hotels at Crown Plaza Today Gurgaon and six years with Accor Hotels.

The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences anticipates that Ms. Prabhakar will be instrumental in leading the human resources function strategically. Her comprehensive HR approach is expected to consistently support and enhance the broader business strategy of the hotel by fostering the growth and well-being of its workforce.
