Nilesh's journey in the hospitality world began with a hotel management degree from Bharti Vidyapeeth Pune. Armed with knowledge and enthusiasm, he embarked on a career that would take him places.
His initial years were filled with valuable experiences. Nilesh started as a Management Trainee at The Leela Mumbai, a prestigious hotel known for its luxury and hospitality. This was the perfect training ground for him to understand the nuances of the industry.
