The A-List ranking is awarded based on the comprehensiveness of disclosure, awareness, and management of environmental risks, and best practices associated with environmental leadership. • Nearly 110 megawatts of installed solar capacity, fulfilling up to 90% of MGM Resorts' daytime power needs in Las Vegas.

• Reductions in carbon emissions intensity by 49.5% between 2007 and 2022.

• Detailed climate data disclosures receiving third-party verification for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and energy usage.

Additionally, MGM Resorts earned an 'A-' in water security for its strategic framework for water stewardship, a Global Water Policy, and reductions in water withdrawals totaling 13.9 billion gallons across U.S. operations from 2007 to 2022.
