Da Vittorio expands its influence with The New Wave by Da Vittorio restaurant at the UCCA Edge museum in Shanghai. This venture marries a family-run Italian restaurant with a fine dining experience within an art gallery. This establishment marks the Cerea family's debut beyond European shores. Designed by Linehouse, the restaurant's architecture draws inspiration from the New Wave Art Movement, creating experiential spaces that reflect the collision of Chinese and Western cultures. The abstracted colonnade and arched mirrors guide guests through transitional moments, while the ceiling installation adds a touch of softness to the space.

Da Vittorio Shanghai, strategically positioned at a renowned landmark, captivates with its Mid-Century modern aesthetics. The main dining room, adorned with chic simplicity, features 14 tables and 40 seats. This carefully curated interior pays homage to the Cerea Brothers' unwavering commitment to seasonal ingredients, offering a visually delightful experience. Guests can savor exclusivity in 4 private dining rooms and a banquet room, perfect for both business affairs and intimate celebrations.

Heading the kitchen team is Executive Chef Stefano Bacchelli, a longstanding collaborator with the Cerea family. The restaurant's focus on seafood brings signature dishes like the “Paccheri alla Vittorio” and the innovative Egg “à la egg” to Shanghai. Chef Bacchelli's culinary mastery extends to exploring local ingredients, creating unique fusions like the fish maw pasta, a local twist on the classic cod belly dish.

The extensive wine cellar is a treasure trove with over 700 labels from Italy, France, and beyond, offering a journey through exceptional vintages and hidden gems. Da Vittorio Shanghai's American Bar, curated by Bar Manager Fabio Sajeva, presents a cocktail collection that vividly mirrors the flavors of Italian food and culture.

In a nod to sustainability, Da Vittorio Shanghai offers a unique amenity—a charging station for electric vehicles. Guests can relax while their cars receive a recharge.

Whether you're a seasoned wine connoisseur exploring the diverse realms of the wine world or a dedicated food enthusiast seeking innovative Italian cuisine, Da Vittorio Shanghai promises an unparalleled dining experience. Join them on the third floor of the N3 Building at 600 Zhongshan Road East No.2, Shanghai, China, and embark on a culinary journey that transcends borders. With its unique blend of culinary expertise, ambiance, and sustainability, Da Vittorio Shanghai sets a new standard for fine dining in the vibrant cityscape of Shanghai.
