With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Gafoor has built an impressive career working with prestigious international brands, including Ritz-Carlton and Le-Royal Meridien. He is renowned for his meticulous craftsmanship and innovative dessert creations.

Before joining Four Seasons Bengaluru, Gafoor served as Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel & Resort Doha, where he led the pastry division for nearly a decade. His leadership experience extends to large-scale events, including the FIFA 2022 preparations in Qatar. Gafoor’s global exposure, which includes cross-training in Mauritius and Bahrain, has equipped him with a diverse culinary perspective that he now brings to Bengaluru.
