Starting as a Spa Therapist at Park Plaza Resort in Bogmalo in 1996, Moncy has honed his skills over the years. His career led him to the Heritage Village Resort & Spa in 1999, where he further refined his craft.

However, it was Moncy’s move to the Goa Marriott Resort and Spa in November 2000 that set the stage for his remarkable ascent. Rising from Spa Executive to Assistant Spa Manager, he showcased both leadership qualities and a deep understanding of the spa industry.

In 2019, Moncy became Spa Manager, solidifying his reputation as an industry luminary. His career took a significant turn in 2022 when he was appointed Cluster Spa Manager, highlighting his ability to oversee multiple spa operations efficiently.

Now, in 2024, Moncy Mon Joy attains the esteemed position of Director of Spa at the Goa Marriott Resort and Spa, marking the pinnacle of his career. This achievement reflects Moncy’s dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence in spa management.
