At Burash, a Mediterranean gem known for its fusion of expert techniques and seasonal ingredients, Mother’s Day got an exquisite makeover. Chef Rishab Gupta, treated guests to an exquisite four-course menu crafted exclusively for the occasion. Priced at Rs. 1399 per person, this culinary extravaganza took place on May 12th, 2024, welcoming families to honor and cherish the special women in their lives.

The menu showcased a vibrant selection of signature dishes, each highlighting fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

The indulgent experience began with a Starter Salad featuring Kesari Mango, Chilli Jam, rocket, candied almonds, and whipped honey, awakening the palate with its burst of flavors. Guests then delighted in a Delectable Appetizer of Wild Rice Arancini, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.

The main course options catered to diverse dietary preferences, offering vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and non-vegetarian selections. Among these was the tantalizing Cacio E Pepe Spaghetti, a crowd favorite that left taste buds craving for more.

As the celebration drew to a close, guests savored a Delightful Dessert of Sticky Orange Pudding with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, ending the meal on a sweet and satisfying note.
