With this signing, the group added its third property in Maharashtra, after Lonavala and Karjat.

The upcoming resort will span around 15 acres of forested land, offering elevated forest rooms, waterfront cottages, and luxury villas—each designed to blend in with nature while offering modern comfort. The space will also feature a wellness centre, farm-to-table dining, and versatile event venues fit for intimate weddings, offsite corporate events, and cultural gatherings.
