Namak Indian Restaurant & Bar, a popular spot in Greenville known for pairing bold Indian flavours with a modern twist, has launched a brand-new menu curated by Sous Chef Kishor Singh. The refreshed selection reflects the restaurant’s evolving culinary style, combining traditional Indian cooking techniques with a contemporary presentation.
A major highlight of the update is an all-new lineup of Signature Cocktails crafted to pair perfectly with the spice-led dishes. The Spiced Old Fashioned gives a warm, aromatic spin to the classic with bourbon and house-ground Indian spices, while the Ginger Margarita blends tequila, jalapeño, Cointreau, and lime for a bold kick.
For something elegant, the Anarkali mixes gin, pomegranate, Cointreau, and egg white, while the Lychee Martini brings a floral freshness with vodka and ginger liqueur. Guests looking for smoky complexity can try the Mumbai Mezcal, made with orange, mint, and tajin, and for an after-dinner indulgence, the Carajillo combines coffee liqueur and espresso for a rich finish.
Chef Kishor’s menu blends the depth of Indian spices with global inspiration, making Namak a go-to for both regulars and newcomers. With its mix of flavour-rich dishes and inventive beverages, the restaurant continues to deliver a vibrant and elevated dining experience in the heart of Greenville.
