Nasi and Mee has introduced a special limited-time menu called Simply Sedap across all its outlets in Bangalore. The new menu celebrates some of the most loved flavours from Southeast Asian cuisine, presented with a richer and more indulgent touch.

The menu brings together a selection of comforting yet bold dishes designed for guests who enjoy exploring vibrant flavours. One of the highlights is the Truffle Xiao Long Bao, where delicate dumplings are filled with aromatic broth and finished with earthy truffle notes, creating a luxurious bite.

Another standout is the Singapore Carrot Cake (Chai Tow Kway), served crisp and smoky with a deep savoury flavour. Tossed in XO chilli, the dish carries a strong umami punch that makes it instantly appealing. Guests can also try the comforting Wonton Mee, a bowl layered with springy noodles, juicy dumplings, and tender char siu chicken, offering a satisfying combination of textures and flavours.

For those who enjoy bold and spicy dishes, the Ayam Penyet features crispy smashed chicken coated in sambal and served with fragrant jasmine rice. The menu also includes the slow-cooked Massaman Curry, a rich and velvety preparation where coconut, peanuts, and warm spices come together to create a comforting dish.

To round off the experience, the Kaya Bao offers a light and soft finish. Filled with silky house-made kaya, the dessert carries a delicate coconut sweetness that balances the meal.

Designed as a menu that encourages relaxed dining and repeat bites, Simply Sedap brings together comfort and indulgence in every dish. The menu is available from 12 PM – 11 PM across all outlets in Bangalore.
