Neelabh Sahay’s journey in the hospitality industry began with a Bachelor’s degree in Science - Hospitality Administration from IHM Pusa, New Delhi. He further honed his skills through a management program at the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development, where he transitioned from a chef role to food & beverage operations.

Prior to joining Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, Neelabh served as the Director of Food & Beverage at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences. During his tenure, he orchestrated numerous successful initiatives, earning him accolades such as the ‘Food & Beverage Person of the Year’ at the Accor South Asia Hotel Awards for 2024.

In his new role, Neelabh is set to redefine operational standards and enhance the hotel’s market positioning. With a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, he aims to elevate the culinary experience and guest services at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach.

Known as a results-driven leader, Rajashekar has consistently delivered strong performance in MPI, ARI, and RGI metrics.
