Sheraton Grand Palace Indore has announced the appointment of Neil James as its new General Manager, marking a significant step forward for the iconic property. With a distinguished 18-year career in the hospitality industry, Neil brings a blend of operational expertise, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to guest satisfaction.
In his new role, Neil will oversee all facets of hotel operations, focusing on elevating guest experiences, driving growth, and strengthening the hotel’s market presence. Known for his passion for innovation and service excellence, Neil’s leadership is expected to further enhance Sheraton Grand Palace Indore’s status as a leading luxury destination for stays, dining, and events in Central India.
Neil began his journey in the industry as a Front Office Associate and has steadily progressed through roles such as Director of Rooms, working with prestigious hotel brands including Four Points by Sheraton, Le Meridien, and Courtyard by Marriott, both in India and abroad.
Before joining Sheraton Grand Palace Indore, Neil served as General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Vadodara, where he notably elevated the hotel's performance and service standards. His contributions to hospitality have earned him several accolades, including:
