With over 30 years of experience, Carvalho's background includes managing renowned restaurants and members' clubs in the UK. His previous roles have seen him directing operations at prestigious establishments such as Annabel's in London and The Ivy Collection.

Throughout his impressive career, Carvalho has demonstrated exceptional skills in organizing and managing events with over 1,000 attendees. His leadership abilities shine through as he has overseen a team of more than 560 professionals.

In his new position as Director of F&B Operations, Carvalho's role is to lead and manage all aspects of food and beverage planning and service at Anantara, Avani, NH Collection, Oaks, and Tivoli properties across the Middle East.
