Nksha, the award-winning North Indian fine-dining restaurant located in the heart of Mumbai, is raising a toast to two remarkable years of culinary excellence. Since opening in 2023, Nksha has earned a cherished spot in the city’s gastronomic scene, offering a refined blend of traditional Indian flavours served with a contemporary twist—all within an elegant Art Deco-inspired setting that channels the golden era of Bombay.
To celebrate this milestone, Nksha is rolling out a special two-month anniversary menu, inviting diners to relive memories while experiencing new flavours. This limited-edition offering features a thoughtfully curated selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Guests can indulge in delicacies like Sooji ke Golgappe, Dilli Paneer Tikka with coriander pesto stuffing, and Indori Bhutte ke Khees me Kofte. For non-vegetarian connoisseurs, highlights include Sunhera Murg Tikka, Crab Meat Kebab, and Dum Tandoori Aloo.
The dessert course is a mango lover’s dream, showcasing creations such as Aam ka Khasta, Mango Ice Cream with Mango Foam, and Alphonso Mango Malpua Crepe—each bite designed to end the meal on a rich, refreshing note.
Pranav Rungta, co-founder of Nksha, shared,
“Toast to Two is more than a celebration, it's a heartfelt thank you to the loyal guests, friends, and partners who have supported Nksha from day one. From intimate dinners to special occasions, Nksha has proudly been part of countless memories. We’re just getting started.”
Co-founder and Executive Chef Vikram Arora added,
“Our journey over the past two years has been extraordinary, and we are deeply grateful to our guests. Nksha was created to honour India’s rich culinary heritage while bringing something fresh and elegant to the table. We’re proud of the community we’ve built here.”
With a commitment to refined hospitality and nostalgic storytelling through food, Nksha continues to offer a dining experience rooted in heritage and elegance. This anniversary marks not just the passing of time, but the growth of a culinary community united by flavour, tradition, and innovation.
