Nothing Before Coffee (NBC), a rapidly growing Indian coffee chain, is marking its 7th anniversary with the launch of four new stores and plans for significant global expansion. The new outlets, located on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, Ghaziabad, New Delhi, and Pune, highlight NBC’s continued growth and its commitment to providing high-quality coffee experiences across India.
Founded in 2017 by childhood friends Akshay Kedia, Anand Jain, Shubham Bhandari, and Ankesh Jain, NBC began as a single outlet on Tonk Road in Jaipur. Over the past seven years, the brand has expanded to 65 outlets in key Indian cities, including Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Lucknow. Reflecting on this milestone, Co-founder Akshay Kedia said, "Completing seven years is a momentous achievement that brings with it great responsibility. Our goal is to sustain our brand's legacy, meet customer expectations, and continuously offer compelling reasons for our patrons to keep coming back."
NBC’s vision for the future is ambitious. The company plans to open 400 new outlets worldwide over the next three years, with 150 of these locations planned for Europe. This international expansion will kick off with flagship stores in two global markets, bringing NBC’s signature 'Shrappe'—a unique blend of frappe and shake—to new audiences.
In celebration of its anniversary, NBC is offering a special promotion on August 31st and September 1st, 2024, with select beverages available for just Rs 99. Additionally, the brand is enhancing its loyalty program, allowing customers to earn rewards through their app.

Located in the heritage 1910 Galleria on Camac Street, ATM Kolkata blends refined living, cultural engagement, and elevated social experiences, bringing a new era of luxury dining to the city.
Founded by Rakshay Dhariwal and Radhika Dhariwal, ATM is a members-only club designed as a haven for socialites, artists, professionals, and connoisseurs of fine living. Chinese Wok, India’s largest Chinese restaurant chain, has introduced a unique augmented reality (AR) experience across its outlets, transforming routine dining into an interactive and engaging journey. This latest innovation reinforces Chinese Wok’s position as a pioneer in combining technology with its signature Desi-Chinese cuisine.
At participating outlets, customers can scan a QR code placed on tables, counters, takeaway, or delivery bags to unlock the AR feature. A lively CGI Chinese Wok chef then appears on their screens, performing dynamic stunts—flipping woks, tossing noodles, and presenting the brand’s popular dishes, creating a playful and memorable encounter.
