Novotel Hyderabad Airport is inviting food enthusiasts to explore Asia's diverse noodle and broth traditions with “Broth & Beyond”, a Friday evening dining experience being hosted throughout September at Food Exchange.
Designed as a culinary journey across Japan, Vietnam, Thailand and Korea, the experience brings the art of Asian noodle and broth preparation to the table through interactive live cooking stations.
Guests can create their own bowls by choosing from a variety of broths, noodles, toppings and accompaniments, allowing them to explore different regional flavours throughout the evening.
The Japanese selection features favourites including Miso Ramen and Spicy Tantan Broth, served with a choice of Udon and Soba.
The bowls can be complemented with toppings such as Chashu Chicken, Soy-Marinated Egg, Bamboo Shoots and Nori, offering a combination of rich broths, noodles and traditional accompaniments.
The Vietnamese section focuses on the comforting flavours of Chicken Pho and Lemongrass Vegetable Pho.
Served with traditional rice noodles and fresh condiments, the bowls offer a lighter and aromatic interpretation of the noodle-and-broth experience.
Thailand brings a combination of creamy, spicy and aromatic flavours to the spread with Thai Coconut Curry and Tom Yum Broths.
Guests can pair the broths with rice or egg noodles, along with accompaniments including grilled chicken, prawns, fried tofu and mushrooms.
The Korean selection features Gochujang Spicy Broth and Kimchi Broth, paired with wheat or glass noodles.
Toppings such as Kimchi and Soft Egg add further texture and flavour to the bowls.
Alongside the made-to-order noodle and broth stations, Food Exchange will offer an extensive buffet spread featuring a selection of additional dishes to round off the evening.
The combination of interactive live cooking and a wide buffet allows guests to move between different Asian culinary traditions while enjoying a relaxed Friday evening dining experience.
With its mix of customisable bowls, regional flavours and an extensive buffet, Broth & Beyond is designed for families, friends and food enthusiasts looking to explore the diverse noodle and broth traditions of Asia.
