Novotel Imagicaa, Khopoli, has announced the appointment of Satish Tiwari as its new Housekeeping Manager. With a strong background in hospitality, he will lead housekeeping operations, ensuring top-tier cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction across the property.

Bringing over 11 years of experience, Satish has honed his skills in team leadership, operational excellence, and service quality. He began his career at Westin Mumbai Garden City (Marriott) and later contributed to Radisson and Sarovar Hotels. In his previous role as Housekeeping Manager at IBIS Mumbai Airport, he successfully implemented effective cleaning protocols and led large teams to enhance operational efficiency.
