Novotel New Delhi City Centre has announced the appointment of Ms. Sheetal Nagpal as Marketing & Communications Manager, bringing over six years of experience in luxury hospitality marketing.

In her new role, Sheetal will lead the hotel’s marketing and communications initiatives, focusing on brand visibility, digital presence and campaigns across the property’s key business verticals. Her experience covers brand management, public relations, F&B promotions, digital marketing and brand positioning.

Before joining Novotel New Delhi City Centre, Sheetal worked with Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla as Assistant Manager, Marketing & Communications. During her tenure, she worked on social media growth, digital presence, F&B promotions and PR initiatives, while also developing weddings as a revenue vertical.

Over the years, Sheetal has also been associated with brands including Andaz Delhi by Hyatt, Le Méridien Gurgaon and PVR The Luxury Collection. Her experience includes marketing strategy, F&B promotions, restaurant launches, food festivals, events, digital marketing, PR and agency management.
