With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Kiran is known for precision in housekeeping operations, guest room management, team leadership, and brand experience implementation. A dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail, Kiran’s expertise spans horticulture, staff training, coaching, and time management.

An animal lover and communicator, Kiran has previously played a pivotal role in implementing hygiene protocols and brand standards during the pandemic, earning recognition for inspiring leadership and operational excellence.

Before joining Novotel Pune, Kiran served as Executive Housekeeper at The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas, and Grand Hyatt, Kochi. With leadership roles at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, Hyatt Regency Pune, The Leela Mumbai, JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, and The Oberoi Mumbai, Kiran brings a wealth of knowledge in elevating guest experiences and service quality.
