On The House (OTH), one of Jaipur's established all-day dining destinations, has unveiled a refreshed dining experience, bringing together a redesigned space, an evolved menu and a stronger focus on artisanal food and beverage offerings.
The revamp retains the familiar character of OTH while introducing subtle changes across its seating, menu and bakery experience. The redesigned dining area features a long sofa on one side and individual chairs on the other, creating a more comfortable seating arrangement while improving the flow between tables.
The menu has also undergone a significant refresh, with wood-fired thin-crust pizzas replacing the earlier flatbread-style pizzas. The new pizzas add a distinct artisanal element to the restaurant's all-day dining offering.
Alongside the pizzas, OTH has introduced European-inspired croissants, adding another bakery-focused element to its menu. The beverage programme has also been refreshed with a selection of thoughtfully crafted zero-proof mocktails, offering contemporary options for guests seeking non-alcoholic drinks.
The restaurant's gourmet cake selection has received attention as well, with a focus on homemade components and lighter textures. The Vanilla Berry Cake, for instance, incorporates homemade berry compote, while the tiramisu uses French cream to create a delicate texture while retaining its characteristic flavour.
The changes extend beyond the menu to the bakery and takeaway experience. OTH has introduced transparent packaging for its homemade bread loaves, combining a more visible presentation with hygiene considerations.
With its refreshed interiors and an expanded culinary offering spanning breakfast, global comfort food, bakery items, wood-fired pizzas and contemporary beverages, OTH continues to build on its familiar identity while introducing a more contemporary approach to all-day dining in Jaipur.
The revamp reflects a focus on details across the guest experience, from seating and table flow to ingredients, preparation and presentation, while retaining OTH's established role as a casual dining destination in the city.
